Join us on the evening of Friday, 30th August, for a culinary journey from Malaysia to France with Flavours by Dee at Franquette Crêperie. 

Dee, a beloved Southern Highlands local and seasoned chef with 30 years of experience, draws inspiration from her rich Malay, Chinese, Indian, Pakistani, and Arab heritage. 

For this special one-off event, Dee will bring her talents for mixing spices and flavours to our kitchen, complemented by live jazz guitar, creating a unique Franquette experience.
